I used a file to enlarge the hole and it fitted ok. Not sureif the bolt was oversized or the stud mount undersized. Perhaps there is a standard size ?

I contacted the seller asking for a refund and to see if it has arrived back with the seller. I got no response at all. I sent a second email that was ignored and I didn't receive any refund. Not to be trusted, avoid like the plague.
