The power cord had an oval 2 pin connector and looked potentially dangerous to young children, so I used the original power cord. The other connecting cable to the chair required extra effort to deal with the longer cable and required cable ties. Appearance of the power supply was very good.

Seller was amazing with great communication and even sent out a replacement item when the original one did not arrive in a timely manner. We haven't used the item yet, but it appears to be as listed.
