Without any kind of penalty for losing, this mode ensures that any argument started in the battle against evil can be handily resolved by the strongest hero.In single-player mode, the player has the option to include up to three different AI characters, which players can equip with items and level up to assist in the quests while playing in Adventure Mode. Destructible environments and a custom physics engine make "Diablo III" an experience unlike any that you've faced before. Blizzard's state-of-the-art 3D engine prevents clipping or dragging frame rates. The "Diablo" series has always been known for its replay factor, and this "Diablo III" game is no exception. Random encounter generators, a radiant quest system, and randomly leveled enemies mean that no quest will function identically through two different playthroughs. With Hardcore Mode, characters lose the ability to respawn; if a hardcore character falls in battle, they are permanently removed from play, lending extra stakes to the high-octane combat.For players who'd rather stick with one character permanently and continue upgrading them, the Paragon level system is an excellent option. After reaching the level cap, 60, players are given the option to prestige and continue accumulating experience points up to a secondary cap of 100. These additional levels give you an edge in your adventure to rid the world of darkness.Other features of the game include a new rune system and a different approach to replenishing health and mana, which changes according to the fighter class. Additionally, the "Diablo III: Collector's Edition" has a behind the scenes DVD and a 4GB USB Soulstone drive.
