Item packed good, except cardboard was taped directly to the item, leaving tape residue when removed. SSD was empty, Windows 11 was supposed to be installed. The display shifts from a warm colour at the top to a cooler blueish colour at the bottom of the display. A lot of heat can be felt from the top of the AIO.

During setup, I encountered a problem with the screen so I reached out to Australian Computer Traders and the service was amazing. Problem was resolved quickly, professionally and without incident. I highly recommend these guys, I'm sure what happened to me was a rare event, but they stand by their product and after sales service was outstanding.
