All items were exactly as described, and neatly packaged for shipping. Additionally, a kind personalized note was included with the books. Communication was good. The package was difficult to track outside of ebay, but that was a carrier issue with the Japan Post and USPS and is not reflective of my experience with this seller. Everything arrived quickly after being shipped. Packaging was adequate and this time Fed-Ex didn't bang it around. (My 1st box was beat up a bit, but luckily the books weren't damaged). Seller is great to work with and responds promptly to concerns. I'll continue to buy from them in the future and highly suggest you get in on the deals as well! Peace.
