    this seller went above and beyond!!! my original item arrived very damaged through no fault of the seller but actually due to courier not handling item with care, seller immediately resent another one and packaged it so that angry stampeding elephants couldnt cause damage even if they wanted to, it has arrived pristine and perfect, and Im over the moon as its a a gift for a wee one at end of the month, perfect experience and many thanks to the seller for all her care and help A++++++++++++++
