Problem was old exhaust manifold had a crack down the middle towards the O2 sensor. ( common problem on 96-00 civic ). So I just replaced that with this oem style exhaust manifold and catalytic converter combo, installed at home. ( tip : use PB oil spray for that rust, spray rusted bolts and nuts overnight ) everything fit and cleared code, working 100% now. Very happy with results 5 star !

I opened the package and was surprised that there was no packaging separating the two light housings from each other. From my experience in shipping computers, I knew this wasn't good. No apparent damage outside, but one of the lights were damaged internally. Seller communicated quickly, and tried to resolve with partial refund, would not send a replacement for broken part. So full refund it is. At least they sent a return label.
