We are not VAT registered hence the N/A on the Customs Form. This is 100% the fault of the Portuguese customs as they should not have charged additional costs. It seems that whenever there is a problem of this kind, it is the Seller that gets the blame. Luckily it only happens on a rare occasion. Please could I request that you amend your feedback.

All items are in good condition, some minor signs of age as is to be expected based on age and material of the items. Items were well packaged.
