When the second one arrived it too was defective in opening the latch. :-( It was like the latches were welded together. Otherwise, it was a cute dainty heart shaped costume jewelry necklace.

Item should NEVER been sold as it was damaged (and not wearable) probably during manufacturing. Nothing about its condition was described during the selling auction. Throwing this item away. I will say that the seller did refund me which I appreciate. Shipping time is ok. Packaging good. Other items purchased from this seller were ok, so I will say that I recommend this seller. Everyone makes mistakes.

The earrings in the size I ordered are quite different from the first photo in the description. They were shipped quickly and packaged well. However, they were not what I was expecting and the seller provided a return label. I would do business with this seller again.
