Their after sale customer service was wonderful. When I asked them questions about the keyboard they were responsive, thoughtful, and considerate helping to resolve any issues I had. Not a dealbreaker or worth returning, but the stated item condition should not have been "new," and the price should have been lower for non-new condition.
