I ordered a size to small , I contacted them , they replied within 24 hrs , it was returned and a new one a size larger was with me within the week , they even arranged postage for a day I was home . The only issue was that the jacket didn't fit my wife, but it was returned and a refund issued quickly and with no fuss. Would gladly buy from again.
