The seller sent a replacement but it's exactly the same or slightly worse. It seems odd that Fluval don't mention in the instructions that it's going to become less accurate the thicker the glass is. My glass is only about 4mm and it's reading 23.5°C instead of 26°C.

On arrival the tub was quite badly damaged with a lot of the contents spilled out. It didn’t seem as if appropriate packaging had been used. I contacted them about this and have had great communication from them where they offered a partial refund. As I had managed to scoop most of it up, this wasn’t necessary but I appreciated the offer and how well they communicated with me. I would definitely come back for my next supply 👏
