I order them again and this time he raise the shipping an additional $28 above the the last shipping fee. I paid over $90 for the second pair. When UPS shows up they said I owe $40 COD. I asked what for and the driver said I don’t know. He called his terminal and they couldn’t tell us what the $40 was for. No they won’t refund nothing.
