My ONLY gripe is that the assembly process was a bit more aggravating than necessary. I can't help but feel like they could put a slightly more usable Allen key with the set so that you aren't having to become a contortionist to get to some of the bolts. Aside from that the product overall is very nice and feels pretty solid. I look forward to taking the babies out back for some smores

Unfortunately, one of the racks was broken in transit. I immediately contacted seller and provided pictures of the broken item. They responded immediately and are sending a replacement of the item that was broken. I am awaiting the item (expect it in the same time frame as orginal delivery). Couldn't be happier with the response time and plan to resolve the issue! Would def buy again!
