The original was decal on one piece plastic base. Like all decals, it peeled off eventually. Ford has multipiece emblem to replace he original. The FAR BETTER REPLACEMENT has SAME number, but construction is a MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. The FIT IS PERFECT, although the underside(hidden) appearance differs. L & R pins are perfect, but you must shorten the center pin 1/4 inch . Instructions explain.
