When they get too hot, the string tension has a tendency to separate the neck from the body. Easily repaired with gorilla glue, but DON’T allow the neck to come away too far, or the strings will disconnect, and repair becomes very difficult without proper tools, good eyesight & steady hands.

The listing was very misleading as it clearly showed a physical Box which looked like the traditional disc/book of instructions etc. The money paid is purely for a licence to use the software. I tracked the "package" as it went from depot to depot a cross America. It could have been sent by normal air mail. A ridiculous system of supply.
