Possibly due to age. It felt stiff and inflexible out of the packet. After a few hours the strap keeper broke and then within the next few minutes the strap also broke. After providing pictures the seller cancelled the sale and provided a refund. The seller has good feedback and I assume that this is only an issue with this particular model.
