However might I make a suggestion and say send insoles with them. I know all about the breaking in period. For those that don't know a good trick is wear them and soak in some water then let them dry to your feet it breaks them in quicker and better.

USPS simply didn't do what they were supposed to do. The seller told me they dropped it off at usps right away, so don't always believe what the tracking says. Communication with the seller was very helpful! I recommend and a good experience!
