Prompt shipping and great prices. The only "complaint" is that sometimes a cartridge is "bad". I have found this to be true of all of the remanufactured cartridge suppliers I've used. It's just part of the process. I don't bother trying to get a refund because dillonno1's prices are so good (it doesn't happen that often). I would recommend dillonno1 for your printer cartridge purchases.

I was hoping to find something so I could keep my printer... YAY I did. I also bought the black from the same seller. I've had no issues with the ink or the seller. I highly recommend both ink & seller.

I was sent the wrong model of ink. I lost a business project depending on the correct model was not sent. 😠😠 I must wait ten days for a return label. I had to order from another supplier I trusted 2x the amount of items. I never want be caught up again in a bait and switch scam that happens now with a lot of these online companies.
