The only thing is sometimes the plastic on cards come scratched but seller responded fast when I asked and offer an easy solution to do it through their website to get it fix by resending them , I haven’t send them yet but I will I have a few already. The seller put it in a box instead of an envelope or some other subpar packaging. The card was not mint to begin with, but that was never advertised, and I bought it to open, but I was still impressed with the thoughtful packaging. I have definitely bought items similar to this that I wanted to keep on card, and the listing even specified mint card and they arrived crushed in an envelope. The part is in nearly new condition, showing little wear as seen in the photos and as described. The shipping cost was very reasonable and the price of the regulator was very good. Some people do not use a voltage regulator but I prefer to use one to gain some control on the light in the lamp house.
