For what this card is, would have been nice to have more protection other than a top loader in a bubble envelope. Extra reinforcement would have been appreciated, such as cardboard or corrugated plastic card armors. Or even shipping in a small box. The condition of this seller’s cards are mint so far. This is my 2nd purchase from this seller.

I took pictures , sent them with an explanation that my daughter and I collect Lorcana and she loves getting them graded. They were completely understanding and offered to replace the card free of charge ( I offered to send the one I received back but they let me keep it as well). Great customer service !
