Steam table pans are exactly as described and pictured. Stainless steel and in new condition. I compared a pan to one of my commercial pans. A pan is about half the weight of a commercial pan of the same size and will not nest with commercial pans. But these cost less than half of a commercial pan and are stainless steel. Works very well for my smoker as a drip pan. I am happy with the purchase
