As with all purchases - I marked item as dispatched on ebay - which you will have received a message about or could have checked the status. Ebay made an announcement in October that there was tracking issues with Royal Mail. The tracking being ineffective to be honest is an issue with ebay and Royal Mail to sort rather than me - fixed now. I don't have time to send personal messages as I am a one person business unless you make direct contact, which you did not do.
