Throughout this unfortunate experience with the USPS, Paul was a great communicator and offered his assistance to try and resolve the lost package. Ultimately, I received a partial payment for my claim from the USPS. I would certainly purchase from Paul again, just maybe not have the item shipped by the USPS!
