    Laptop is absolutely fantastic, better than advertised and a great price. It is in near perfect condition and runs fantastic. You would never know it was refurbished. Extremely satisfied, will definitely be a customer again! Shipping took a little longer than expected but that's USPS for you. The shipping was cheap so I'm not complaining. Was packed well in a good amount of bubble wrap to avoid damage which was good because it didn't look like USPS was very gentle with the box.

    I purchased a laptop computer and when I received it the wrong charging plug was in the box. I contacted the seller and he immediately stated that he would have the proper charging plug send to me as soon as possible. Two days later, the proper charging plug came via Amazon. I am very pleased how the seller corresponded with me and how quickly corrected the problem. I would purchase my next computer from him in the future.
