Not seller's fault, it was wrapped perfectly and boxed tight but it's a delicate resin piece and the right slam in the delivery process was enough to break it. Very sad for me! Seller was extremely easy to work with and after sending photos of the broken lion head, I was refunded the money back, stress free. Thanks again so much for an easy refund, but I really wish it didn't happen, it's a gorgeous piece/value. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
