I ordered on the Saturday before a bank holiday and got the shipping notification first thing on Tuesday, and the bag itself, thanks to Royal Mail, on Wednesday. Not only was it exactly as the detailed photos had shown, but had been freshly conditioned and carefully packed, plastic-free. I would give 10 stars if I could.
