    The printer arrived well packed...marked Fragile !!! and even a day before it was due. The condition of it appeared to be like new...and included a printer cartridge. It was plug and play with no problems and it appears that this seller knows how to describe the items he is selling when the pictures sometimes reflect light and could not look as good as they really are. I say this seller is reputable and honest and worthy to do business with again. Thank the Lord for folks like them...and him

    Received the ts6020 printer in a timely manner, I think 7 days. First thing I noticed is how well it was packed. It definitely was taken care of properly. I unpacked the printer and replaced my old non functional ts6020 printer with this used one off ebay. Just as the ad stated, it looks new and works great right out of the box, even the installed ink is working great. I'm very happy...so far. I wanted this printer because I have a lot of ink to use.
