I thought it was a joke ! On reflection, it may have been a simple lapse of judgment. I don't know ! Packaging was a lightweight white envelope matching the size with a flimsy cardboard backing, then reinforced with packing tape along the 4 edges, omitting the 4 corners ! and with a strip across the seal. It was a miracle that the item survived undamaged.
