They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The crystals are exactly as described on Ebay - are of very high quality and the price was excellent! I would highly recommend this seller! It took a bit of manipulation.,but I was able to set the month and day in no time at all. I haven't had any problems with it at all and I LOVE the shade of green on the dial. This was a worthwhile pur hase and I highly recommend the seller. A++++++++!
