Very well packed with heavy wrapping paper in a sturdy cardboard box. The wrapped glasses and the metal portions were very well packed with heavy packing paper also. USPS damage the item, I let them know, and they immediately responded and made sure that I got my item hole and safe. Initially, one of the four glasses came with some scratches on it. Within a minute after notifying the seller with a picture, the seller messaged that a replacement would be sent. It came in perfect condition and very quickly. Communication is great, and the quality of the glasses are great. I ordered the wine glasses too - all perfect. Great prices on all. I recommend buying from this most professional seller. Thank you!
