Unfortunately I asked for a SatNav CD for my vehicle, and afterwards they pointed out to me that it should have been a DVD ROM. They then helped me try to source the DVD and found one that would probably work. There was no need to assist me. They went out of their way to help. Very good seller to communicate with, and I highly recommend them.
