The post office may have mishandled the delivery because their updates finally noted it was running behind schedule. The seller shipped the item on time using first class mailing and the shipping price was low for a single inexpensive card, so not their fault.

The seller was excellent with communication and was completely willing to work with me on a refund when it seemed like the parcel was possibly lost, but all is well that ends well! The seller is a delight to work with and I am so happy everything worked out well! Thank you!
