This is a Japanese version Switch, but that isn't an issue since it can be setup in English and it plays US games just fine. There was a mixup with the listing and the actual specs (honest mistake, it happens sometimes) but I didn't mind since they gave me a partial refund for the difference between models. They were so quick to mitigate the issue. So although the item didn't match the listing spec-wise the customer service more than made up for it. Also, box was damaged, no extra padding besides the shipping bag it came in. Screen had a thumb print on it and brown stuff on the joystick. Super disappointed. I had to buy the game since it was not on thw console. Images taken AFTER I bought the game and cleaned up the screen and buttons.
