The gray ones were discontinued in the US so I was happy to find a new one here. This is a Japanese version Switch, but that isn't an issue since it can be setup in English and it plays US games just fine. Super fast shipping and the seller packaged it really well, and it was even cheaper than getting one new at the store. Perfect, thank you! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a new Switch, and will buy from them again

There was a mixup with the listing and the actual specs (honest mistake, it happens sometimes) but I didn't mind since they gave me a partial refund for the difference between models. They were so quick to mitigate the issue. So although the item didn't match the listing spec-wise the customer service more than made up for it. Finding this with such a great price was awesome. It was packed well and looked great! Once we installed it it worked great! I definitely recommend this seller and will buy from them again!
