Small particles of her hair “shed” a bit, and I wish her bangs were lower on her head, but overall, I’d say the plush is good quality. It is new, just as described. I didn't read any measurements so its bigger than expected but that's just even better haha. Arrived in about 2 weeks in great condition. Quality is great for the value.
