My main concern when order coral online is if it's going to be packaged correctly or if they arrive dead from stress but with thunder reef completely different story they were always contacting me letting me know every step when they were being packaged shipped and so on and also like that they work with your schedule to ship it so you receive it when you need it . The corals are better than described . It was a record hot day in my area and the seller packed my order with ice packs which I was so thankful for. I was able to reach out prior to my order to ask for a custom pair of clownfish and the seller was friendly and responded quickly. They are both happy and healthy and acclimated perfectly!
