    Excellent communication! They reached out to me (tinasdream2017) immediately upon return. One side wasn’t clipping properly because it was bent at the end. To fix the issue, they sent me another pair to ensure a proper fit and even offered help with installation. They also said I could keep the product and, instead of exchanging it, they offered a 25% rebate since restocking fees would be too high for them. Pretty great follow-up! This is really commendable customer service.
