They were completely understanding and offered to replace the card free of charge ( I offered to send the one I received back but they let me keep it as well). Great customer service ! Am currently awaiting to hear back from seller to resolve this issue. Communication has been slow; 2 days passed since delivery. Will come back and edit to positive if we can resolve the matter. **Updated - Seller reached out and was willing to make a full refund of the lost card.
