One tape was stuck and not playable. I offered to keep the other four with a prorated refund (order total dived by 5 equals amount per tape). Seller countered with $2 not acceptable. Seller's shipping Charges are WAY TO HIGH over $8 for 1LB Media Mail did not even ship in a box. A buyer ignored the note that it was untested. Tried to return it claiming it’s broken. Cried foul when I pointed to the clear description. U bought it without reading the “untested” note. Now I know—clarity matters more than kindness online. Tried to claim it didn’t work, demanding a refund.
