Each glass was separated with a cardboard X and individually wrapped in paper bags, bubble wrap, and a bubble envelope. Then another layer of thick bubble wrap surrounding all the glasses. Glasses looked brand new, better than described. Emails and notifications kept me up to date on shipping progress. Love this seller!!
