    Another item lost by the increasingly hopeless Royal Mail. However Ounz were very friendly and easy to communicate with and quickly concluded their own investigation and issued a full refund. I would use this seller again without hesitation. Royal Mail though ? I wish their was more choice ... I would opt out if I could.

However, the seller was very responsive to communications and did not hesitate to provide a refund once we were able to confirm with Royal Mail that the item had been lost in the post.
