Communication not a big selling point for them. However both games arrived in good condition with some minimal items missing. I'll work with it, though value does drop with missing pieces. Price for the games was excellent, shipped and packaged expertly. These are elite games purchased at an excellent price.

Some minor wear with the box but it’s still high quality & pretty much in brand new condition. Compared to other sellers I got the maximum value and the seller was ensured that the item was protected during shipping. As in the pictures of its appearance it’s still in brand new condition minus the minor box wear.
