I still would like this item please, but I am very dissappointed in the service you have provided and I feel that as a good will gesture you could send

When I emailed seller about returning them they tried telling me they were the same chair as I had ordered? Tried returning item numerous times and all failed. I have ended up taking the loss of my refund and giving the chairs away just to get them out of my sight!
