The silver paint finish is bright and in very good condition. There is no rust & very little oxidation on the wheels & couplers. All communications with this eBay member were prompt, professional and honest. Shipping cost were reasonable. The packaging was excellent and the hopper was shipped in an expedious manner. I would definitely deal with this AAAAA+++++ eBay member again.
