First, communication back for the questions that I had was answered near instantaneous. Second, the way they packed the items were shipped in the same box, was like trying to package eggs to survive in the mail. Lots of padding and extra cardboard around the outside between the objects and the Box. And also wrapped in plastic around the outside. Above and beyond for the packing material.
