I ordered a Christmas ornament off of him and he let me know when it shipped so I could be expecting it. I got it out if thr mailbox and the package looked great. I brought it inside and opened it and the ornament was in pieces. I immediately messaged him and told him wjat happened and he quickly responded saying he'd report it and refund my money, which he did.
