FREE SHIPPING IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES Captin Planet Action Figure from 1991. It is in its original unopened packaging. It is completely sealed around the figure. The packaging is not perfect but it is really good in my opinion. There are no rips or tears in the cardboard. There are a couple creases on the top of the package. 1 you can see and the other you can see at the right angle. I have tried to be through with my pictures and I try to be as up front with my descriptions as I possibly can be.
