The carrier had prematurely marked it as "delivered" one day before actual arrival. Buyers take note - this *can* happen. Therefore, the seller had to cancel this order pending resolution of the prior order's delivery issue. Would buy from this seller again - excellent communication! PS - The original order's item that was finally received was in perfect condition, a great value and very securely packed.

It was incredible value, the set is much more expensive anywhere else. There was a slight ding in one of the corners of the package, but the seller reached out to me prior to shipping to inform me about this and they provided pictures. They ensured I would be okay with this and alternatively offered me a refund. I really only care about watching the DVD's, so it worked out. The DVD's work perfectly.
