Also, while the computer was generally functional, after testing, there were problems with the graphics card and the motherboard sound. I was given a partial refund for the non-functional items. Excellent communication and service.

The computer works great, and I really appreciate the way it was packed. The seller uses recycled materials, which is awesome, but they also made sure everything was super secure—no chance of damage during shipping.
